UPDATE YOUR STUDENT INFORMATION
ON-LINE USING THE PARENT PORTAL!!
Parents have access to update address, phone numbers, emergency contacts, AND add your student’s cell phone numbers ON LINE via Parent Portal.
INSTRUCTIONS
-Sign in to your Parent Portal Account
-Please CLICK MORE to view each of the following areas and apply any updates to your student/family information as applicable:

DEMOGRAPHICS
FAMILY INFORMATION
**Before your updated information is changed on our Student Information System, all updates will be submitted for District approval. Please allow 2-3 days for processing**
· If you have multiple students, go to the drop down list and choose the student that needs to be updated. (If you only have 1 student, your student will show up automatically)
· Click ADDRESS INFORMATION. This will allow you to update your address and phone numbers for your household. If updates need to be made, click on UPDATE button and it will open the fields to be updated. Once you have made the updates, click UPDATE. Your request will be sent to the District for approval.

· Click DEMOGRAPHICS. This will allow you to update personal information for THAT STUDENT and to add/update any non-household emergency contacts. If updates need to be made, click on UPDATE button and it will open the fields to be updated. Once you have made the updates, click UPDATE. Your request will be sent to the District for approval.

· Click FAMILY INFORMATION. This will allow you to see the entire household membership and you will be able to update phone numbers and relationships to your student(s). You will also be able to add student cell phone numbers in this location.
